Services

Supportive Home Care Aide services care for more frail patients, including bathing, assistance with toileting, incontinence care, medication reminders, turning, range of motion, dressing with grooming, feeding and light housekeeping enable clients confined to bed with respite care and the ability to stay home. These services are provided to clients with emotional and behavioral problems.

Home Health Aide services care for more frail patients, including bathing, assistance with toileting, incontinence care, medication reminders, turning, range of motion, dressing with grooming, feeding and light housekeeping enable clients confined to bed with respite care and the ability to stay home.

Personal Care Homemaker assists clients with bathing, grooming with dressing and ambulating, feeding, medication reminders and incontinence care, as well as light house-keeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping and companionship provide respite care for less ambulatory clients who have the ability to live independently.

Homemaker and Companion services are among the basic services needed to help our most ambulatory clients and include light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, grocery shopping and companionship

Medical Escort service helps to coordinate all your medical appointment needs. Midtown Home Health Services can provide a medical escort who can speak your language/dialect, coordinate your transportation needs, provide round trip door-to-door transport to your medical appointment, assist with registration and stay with you until completion of your appointment.

Information and Referrals Assistance is available for client and family to access appropriate services needed for an elder to live independently at home. Private Pay services are available.

Our Employees

Caregivers are carefully pre-screened and selected by their caring disposition and willingness to help others. Employees must be abide by agency policies, attend 12 hours of annual in-service training, and complete a certification program. In home supervision is performed by a team of nurses, field supervisors, coordinators and/or managers. Team meetings are offered to support our direct service staff.
